Shipping and Handling Charges

The shipping and handling charges for purchases made through our website depend on the location to which you want your purchases to be sent.

We offer free shipping to customers within India.
For customers who are outside India, international shipping charges as well as
duties and taxes as applicable are payable by the customer.
Handling charges or convenience charges may apply depending upon any
special request.


DUTIES AND CHARGES
All orders are shipped internationally from our flagship store Malad(W) location to the
provided shipping address. Due to the nature of international shipping, occasionally a
customer may have to pay additional import duties and taxes which are levied once a
shipment reaches your country. The large majority of orders will not have to pay any
additional fees. However, we are unable to calculate when and how much these
infrequent customs duty charges will be levied. Hence when additional customs charges
are assessed, you will be responsible for paying these additional fees. We take no
responsibility for non-delivery of orders in case such taxes and duties are not accepted
and settled by the recipient at the delivery address and will not be liable to any refunds
in such cases.


SHIPPING TIME
FOR ITEMS THAT ARE IN OUR WAREHOUSE, PLEASE ALLOW 2-3 WEEKS FOR
THE ITEMS TO BE PROCESSED AND DELIVERED UNLESS OTHERWISE STATED
FOR ANY PRODUCT. CUSTOMISED OR HANDMADE PRODUCTS ARE USUALLY
SHIPPED WITHIN 5-6 WEEKS DEPENDING ON THE LOCATION AND CUSTOM
CLEARANCE IN THE DESTINATION COUNTRY. IT COULD TAKE EVEN LONGER
DEPENDING ON THE AMOUNT OF WORK REQUIRED.
We will update you with the tracking details within 48 hours of the product being
dispatched.

Order collection from MeraakiNXT SHOWROOM located in MALAD, can be done upon
request. Please contact us on the above Whatsapp no mentioning clearly your order no,
date of order placed and name of item.

 
DELIVERY
Products will be sent to the address provided by you to the website while placing the
order. The address must be rechecked before the order is confirmed to avoid incorrect
delivery. We prefer to deliver to office or residence addresses.
We do not deliver to P.O. boxes or any other destination where the recipient is not
identifiable because of the risk involved due to the value of the goods.
Delivery dates are not guaranteed in the event of service interruptions or failures
caused by events beyond our control. These interruptions include but are not limited to
transportation system, customs clearance issues, shipping carrier or cardholder’s credit
card bank delays, natural calamities, disruption in the supply chains, orders /
notifications etc. issued by statutory authorities / competent authorities, political
disruptions, logistics service provider related challenges, product lost in transit, other
unforeseen circumstances or event beyond the control of MERAAKINXT or logistics
service provider. We promise to keep you updated at every step.
MULTIPLE DELIVERY SERVICE PROVIDERS
We work with multiple service providers in order to optimize shipping lead times. An
email containing details of the service provider as well as the tracking information will be
sent to you within 48 hours after the order is shipped from our end. The said logistics
service provider will make a maximum of three [3] attempts to deliver the User’s order.
In case, the User is not reachable, available or does not accept delivery of products in
these attempts, MERAAKINXT reserves the right to cancel the order at its
discretion. The User may be informed of such cancellation by email or SMS at the email
address or mobile number provided to MERAAKINXT. The User agrees not to hold
MERAAKINXT liable for any cancellation. 
If the estimated delivery date has passed and the User has still not received their order,
please contact us and we will take steps to track the User’s package. We request the
Users to check their emails and SMS regularly for such updates.
MERAAKINXT WILL NOT COMPENSATE TO USER OR ANY OTHER PERSON
FOR ANY MENTAL AGONY OR INCONVENIENCE OR LOSS CAUSED DUE TO
DELAY IN DELIVERY FOR ANY REASON. THE USER MAY BE INFORMED BY
EMAIL OR SMS AT THE EMAIL ADDRESS OR MOBILE NUMBER PROVIDED
TO MERAAKINXT IF ANY PRODUCT IN THE ORDER IS UNAVAILABLE OR IS
DELAYED OR LOST IN TRANSIT.
