Delivery information
We ship in pan India; domestic delivery takes 5 to 7 working days; for little interior zones, it takes 2 to 3 extra days. Our courier partner, https://meraakinxt.com/pages/home provides express delivery by both Air/ and surface.
We do provide Cash on Delivery option in India. Kindly note that COD service may not be available for certain pin codes. In such cases, our customer service team will be in touch with customers while processing their order.

Order Processing Time
All orders placed before 1 PM Tuesday to Sunday is processed and dispatched the very next day (if inventory is available); all orders placed after 1 PM will be dispatched the day later. All orders placed during the weekend or on a public holiday, will be sent from our warehouse on Tuesday or the next working day.

Please do mention the pin code and land mark with your order for hassle free delivery, as we cover most of the pin codes all over India. We are sorry but we do not ship to P.O. boxes.
International Orders
For international delivery, the charges need to be paid by the customer, regardless of country and city. Customer package costs will be calculated as per the details given in the order and informed before dispatch takes place.
For customers outside India, duties are not included in the price. Customers are responsible for paying any import duties, custom fees or local/VAT taxes. Meraakinxt.com will not reimburse these expenses. It is necessary to pay these in order to release your order from customs.

  • Please provide details for the reason for the return. In the event/case of a defective or incorrect product, kindly include an opening video of the item for our assessment. Please note that our bridal wear items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
  • Additionally, while we don't offer exchanges or refunds, we highly value your trust as a customer. That's why we provide a special credit note just for you.
  • We are ready to return any item purchased by customer only if the item is not being used or damaged.

  • To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original packaging, unused, and not damaged. Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process a refund or exchange, depending on your preference.

Claiming Refunds
For Credit Card/Debit Card/Net banking or Paypal Transactions:

  • As the charge on your credit card / account would have already been done online at the time you made the purchase and authorized the payment, we will provide a refund in the original mode of payment.
  • In the case of refunds, banks normally take 4-5 business days to process a refund once it has been successfully initiated from our end.
  • Refunds will not be applicable in the event that a customer has self-shipped the item(s) and the package is lost in transit.
  • For COD (Cash on Delivery) transactions:
  • Refunds to bank accounts shall be processed within 7 business days (subject to clearance in quality check).
  • Refunds cannot be processed into third-party bank accounts. The name of the customer initiating the refund should match the name of the bank account holder.
  • Cash refunds are not allowed for COD orders.
  • Refunds will only be initiated after we have physically received the returned shipment. Hence, refunds will not be applicable in cases where a customer has self-shipped the item(s) and the package is lost in transit.
